Terms of Use
Please review our operational policies and terms of service carefully.
1. Enrollment Agreement
Enrollment at Loving Hands Childcare LLC constitutes a binding agreement between the provider and the parent/guardian. All enrollment forms, immunization records, and emergency contact information must be completed and updated annually or whenever changes occur.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate enrollment if the arrangement is not in the best interest of the child or the childcare center.
2. Operating Hours & Late Fees
Our regular operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Parents are expected to pick up their children by the scheduled time.

Late Pick-up: A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for pick-ups after 6:00 PM, payable immediately.

Absences: Please notify us by 8:00 AM if your child will be absent. Regular tuition fees still apply for absences to hold your child's spot.

Holidays: We observe major national holidays. A full holiday schedule is provided upon enrollment.
3. Health & Illness Policy
To ensure the health of all children and staff, we strictly enforce our illness policy. Children cannot attend if they exhibit:

Fever of 100.4°F or higher (must be fever-free for 24 hours without medication).

Contagious conditions (e.g., pink eye, strep throat) until 24 hours of antibiotic treatment.

Severe vomiting or diarrhea.
If a child becomes ill during care, parents will be notified and must pick up the child within one hour.
4. Liability & Safety
While Loving Hands Childcare LLC maintains strict safety standards and supervision, minor bumps and bruises are a natural part of childhood development.
Emergency Medical Care: In the event of a medical emergency, staff are authorized to administer first aid or CPR and call emergency services (911). Parents will be notified immediately. Parents are responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
5. Termination of Service
Written notice of two weeks is required to withdraw a child from the program. Failure to provide notice will result in a charge equivalent to two weeks of tuition. Loving Hands Childcare LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, behavioral issues that threaten safety, or violation of these terms.
